Seaside Momochi
A waterfront area near central Fukuoka, created on the site of the 1989 Asia-Pacific Expo ("Yokatopia"). There are the white sands of Momochihama and "Marizon" with seaside restaurants and wedding halls; in summer it is busy with swimming and marine sports, and at dusk Fukuoka Tower and the city lights shine. Nearby are the Mizuho PayPay Dome and MARK IS Fukuoka Momochi.
