Fukuoka Tower
At 234 m in total, the tallest seaside tower in Japan. From the top-floor observation room, 123 m above ground, you get a 360-degree panorama of Fukuoka's streets and Hakata Bay; the view is chosen as one of the "100 best night views", and sunsets over Hakata Bay can also be seen. Seasonal events such as cherry blossoms, moon viewing and Christmas are held, with illuminations.
