Mt. Maya Kikuseidai Observatory
An observation plaza at about 700 m, reached by cable car and ropeway, known as one of Kobe's best night-view spots. The panorama over the city of Kobe to Osaka Bay and Kansai Airport is counted among Japan's three great night views, the "ten-million-dollar night view".
