Rokko Garden Terrace
An area near the summit of Mt. Rokko at about 880 m with views, food and shopping, looking out over Kobe to the Akashi Strait, Osaka Bay and Kansai Airport. The night view from Mt. Rokko is known as the "ten-million-dollar night view", and the "Rokko Shidare" observatory is its symbol.
