Kumano, Mie / 松本峠（熊野古道伊勢路）
Matsumoto Pass (Kumano Kodo Iseji)
A pass between Odomari and Kinomoto in Kumano, on the hillside above Onigajo, with stone paving remaining on most of the way. At the pass, surrounded by bamboo, stands a jizo said to have been shot with a gun, and from the plum grove on the way you can see the Shichiri-mihama coast. The course (about 5 km, about 3 hours) includes a round trip from the pass to the Onigajo lookout.
