A visitor centre for experiencing the Kumano Kodo and its surrounding area, nature, history and culture more deeply, with hands-on learning using the mountains, sea and rivers, and lectures on the route's history and culture. The building is a large wooden space built only of solid 135 mm Owase cypress.
