Ieshima Islands
A group of 44 islands large and small in the Harima Sea, just 30 minutes by boat from Himeji Port and part of Setonaikai National Park. Ieshima keeps the atmosphere of an old fishing town, with Ieshima Shrine associated with Sugawara no Michizane; Bouze Island is known for fresh seafood such as its branded mackerel and octopus.
