Ako Seaside Park
A seaside park for picnics, sports, camping and glamping, with a science museum on the sea and how salt is made. "Tateho Wakuwaku Land" has a wide range of rides including a cycle monorail over the park, the big central pond has pedal boats, and at dusk the "Taiyo no Oka" hill looks over the sea turning orange.

About 11 minutes by West Shinki Bus from JR Banshu-Ako Station: on weekends and holidays to Ako Kaihin Koen-mae (right by the park), on weekdays to Myojingi, then about 15 minutes on foot.
