Konoshima Island
An island of the Hinase Islands about 4 km south of Bizen-Hinase Port, where steep hills rise from the shore and holiday homes line the slopes. Burial mounds and pottery have been found, showing people have lived here since ancient times, and courtiers from the Heian capital are said to have come and gone.
