The head-office factory of Yamato Soy Sauce and Miso, with a direct shop, a restaurant serving seasonal fermented-food lunches, a free factory tour, and workshops such as miso making (seasonal). All the soy sauces, misos and amazake can be tasted, and soy sauce soft-serve is on offer.
