Hakuichi Main Store Hakukokan
A hands-on facility where you can see, touch, buy and even eat Kanazawa gold leaf. The basement museum introduces its history and techniques, with a "Gold Leaf Room" of 10,000 sheets and projection mapping on armour; you can try gold-leaf application, and there is a cafe with gold-leaf soft-serve and a shop.
