Ohno Karakuri Memorial Museum
A museum at the tip of Kanazawa Port, jutting out towards the Sea of Japan, introducing the work of Ono Benkichi, a late-Edo engineer and karakuri (mechanical doll) maker from Ono, and the world of karakuri; you can touch and play with the exhibits. The building, designed by Uchii Shozo, is modelled on a Kitamae trading ship.
