Toyama City Hall Observation Tower
A free observation deck about 70 m above ground with a 360-degree panorama. Designated by Toyama city as a "best seat to look up at Tateyama", it offers a view of the Tateyama mountains on clear days, with the city below, Toyama Castle to the south, the Kureha hills to the west and Toyama Bay to the north. It is open from morning to night, so you can enjoy sunsets and the city lights.
