Takaya Shrine
The torii of the main shrine, at 404 m overlooking the Seto Inland Sea, has lately been called the "Torii in the Sky" and draws attention as a photogenic spot. Through the torii you can see the city of Kanonji and the Seto Inland Sea. The road to the main shrine at the summit is narrow and hard to pass, so on weekends and holidays a shuttle bus runs and ordinary vehicles cannot use the road during its hours.
