Tottori Nijisseiki Pear Museum (Nashikko-kan)
Japan's only museum on the theme of pears, in Kurayoshi Park Square. Besides the history and industry of pears, it offers exhibits and programmes full of discovery; its symbol is a giant Nijisseiki pear tree with branches spreading 20 m, and it has a collection of pear varieties from around the world. The parlour serves "pear soft-serve".
