Yurihama, Tottori / 中国庭園 燕趙園
Enchoen Chinese Garden
One of the largest Chinese gardens in Japan, built as a symbol of friendship between Tottori Prefecture and China's Hebei Province. By Lake Togo it recreates the imperial garden style favoured by Chinese emperors; designed by engineers from China and built with materials imported from China, its lapis-coloured tiles and painted pillars and ceilings give an exotic atmosphere. Chinese acrobatics shows are held every day.
