Mt. Bizan

The symbol of Tokushima City, 277 m high, sung of in the Man'yoshu. The summit area is Bizan Park, with the Pagoda memorial tower and a viewing rest area. The view from the top takes in Tokushima City and, on clear days, Awaji Island and the Kii Peninsula; the night view is also worth seeing, and you can also enjoy cherry blossoms in spring and autumn leaves.
