Mie Prefectural Museum (MieMu)
The prefectural museum, where you can learn in the exhibition rooms and take part in activities across the building and the "Museum Field". In the main exhibition, Mie's distinctive natural settings - Osugidani and Odaigahara, the Suzuka Mountains, Ise Bay and the Kumano Sea - are placed in the four corners, and the history of exchange of people, goods and culture that grew within them is shown in the centre, with corners looking at people and nature from four ways of life: mountains, basins, plains and the shore.

From Tsu Station take the bus for Sogo Bunka Center or Yumegaoka Danchi (route 89) to Sogo Bunka Center-mae or Sogo Bunka Center. By car, about 20 minutes from Geino IC or about 10 minutes from Tsu IC (Ise Expressway).
