Inuyama, Aichi / 野外民族博物館 リトルワールド
Little World Museum of Man
An open-air museum in Inuyama on the theme of homes and lifestyles around the world. In the outdoor area, 31 buildings from 23 countries and regions, including an Ainu house, a house from Ishigaki Island, and houses from Indonesia, Nepal, Peru and Alsace in France, have been moved or reconstructed and are open inside. The main hall shows about 6,000 items from ethnographic materials collected in over 70 countries. You can try on traditional costumes, and food from each country is also popular.

By car, about 30 minutes from Komaki IC (Meishin Expressway) or about 10 minutes from Komaki-higashi IC (Chuo Expressway). By train, from Meitetsu Nagoya to Inuyama, then Gifu Bus to the Little World stop.
