No admission fee is stated. In the blossom season an environmental contribution is collected when boarding the shuttle bus: 500 yen per person (elementary age and older) for car visitors, 500 yen per motorbike, 10,000 / 5,000 yen per coach / microbus (booking required).

Nearest: JR Fukushima Station; Fukushima-Nishi or Fukushima-Iizaka IC. In the blossom season the "Hanamiyama-go" bus runs from stop 6 at the station's east exit (about 15 min; adults 350 yen, children 180 yen; Mar 28 - Apr 14 in 2026), then about 15 min (800 m) on foot. Outside the blossom season (when there are no traffic restrictions), use the local bus, a taxi or the share cycles from Fukushima Station.

In the blossom season (Mar 28 - Apr 19 in 2026) cars cannot enter the area: use paid car parks near Fukushima Station or the temporary car park (Abukuma Shinsui Park). Outside that period, use the Hanamiyama Walking Trail car park.

- Accessibility
Paths in the park are narrow and steep; the "Yuzuriai course" before the park is recommended. For accessible parking (booking required) and wheelchair loans, contact the Fukushima City tourist information office (024-531-6428, 9:00-18:00, open every day).
