Takachiho Farm
A tourist farm at the foot of the Kirishima mountains where you can meet animals and try dairy farming: play with sheep, visit the cowshed, ride horses, try milking cows and make your own ice cream and butter. There are restaurants with grilled meat and Genghis Khan (lamb barbecue), soft-serve ice cream, and a shop for dairy products and baked goods.
