Admission

Adults 350 yen, university students 150 yen (student ID), elementary to high school students free (ID for junior high and high school), groups of 20+ 300 yen. Free for holders of a disability certificate and one carer (two for wheelchair users); the Mirairo ID app is accepted. Sapporo residents are free on the 16th of each month (proof of address).

Getting there

About 10 min from JR Sapporo Station through the underground walkway toward Odori (exit 9). 5 min on foot from Odori Station (Namboku, Tozai and Toho subway lines), city hall side exit.

No car park; use paid car parks nearby. Visitors using a wheelchair or with walking difficulties who come by car should contact the office.

Accessibility

There is a small step at the entrance; use the intercom beside the main gate to call staff. A lift takes you to the 2nd floor. Toilets are in a separate building (you go outside briefly).
