Admission

Self-guided visit (no booking): adults 1,000 yen, junior high to under 20: 500 yen, elementary and under free. Hokkaido residents: 700 / 200 yen (photo ID required). Guided tour with tasting (about 55 min, booking required, Japanese only): adults 2,000 yen, junior high to under 20: 1,000 yen.

Getting there

Hokkaido Chuo Bus route 188 (from stop 2 at Sapporo Station North Exit) or 環88 (from Sapporo Ekimae) to Sapporo Beer-en, right by the stop. About 8 min on foot from the north exit of JR Naebo Station, or 10 min from exit 4 of Higashi-Kuyakusho-mae Station (Toho subway line).

Parking

Partner car park (Mitsui Repark) on site, shared with the Sapporo Beer Garden: free for up to 5 hours if you use the museum or restaurants (bring your ticket inside). Drivers are not served alcohol.

Accessibility

The route runs one way from the 3rd floor down to the 1st, with ramps and stairs; visitors with limited mobility or pushchairs can use a small lift that stops on every floor.
