Gifu, Gifu / ぎふ金華山ロープウェー
Gifu Kinkazan Ropeway
A ropeway linking Gifu Park with the summit of Mt. Kinka (329 m) in about 4 minutes, running every 15 minutes (every 10 when busy), with views of the natural forest of Mt. Kinka, the Nagara River and the city. Near the summit station are a squirrel village, a shop and a restaurant; it also runs at night for limited periods.
