Ise Jingu Geku (Toyouke Daijingu)
In the centre of Ise, with Mt. Takakura behind it, Toyouke Daijingu enshrines Toyouke-no-Omikami, the deity in charge of the meals of Amaterasu-Omikami at Naiku, also revered as a guardian of clothing, food, shelter and industry. Past the torii, a gravel approach leads through sunlight filtering through the trees.
