Echizen Soba no Sato
A soba-making experience facility run directly by an old-established noodle maker in the birthplace of Echizen soba, which produces about 50,000 servings a day. Careful instruction using monitors lets first-timers and children take part, and you can eat the soba straight after making it. You can also watch the production process through glass and learn the history of Echizen soba in the archive; Takefu Seimen marked its 100th anniversary in January 2025.
