Byobugaura Cliffs
Cliffs formed as the waves cut into the Shimousa Plateau, stretching about 10 km from Inuiwa in Choshi to Cape Gyobu in Asahi, with beautiful sea and sunsets. The scenery has been a tourist sight since the Edo period and often appears on TV and in commercials. The Choshi Marina beach is next to the Byobugaura promenade.
