Uzushio Kanchosen (Naruto Whirlpool Cruise)

Sightseeing boats that head out to the Naruto whirlpools. The large boat "Wonder Naruto" goes right up over the whirlpools and needs no reservation; the small high-speed boat "Aqua Eddy" has an underwater observation room 1 m below the surface, where you can watch the whirlpools from under the water.

Wonder Naruto: adults 2,000 yen, children (elementary school) 1,000 yen (first class +1,000 yen per adult). Aqua Eddy: adults 2,500 yen, children 1,200 yen. Groups of 15 or more get 10% off.

Getting there

Local bus bound for Naruto Koen: about 1 hour 15 minutes from Tokushima Station or about 20 minutes from Naruto Station, get off at "Naruto Kanko-ko", right by the pier. By car, about 4 minutes from Naruto-kita IC.
