Getting there

From the west exit of Hachinohe Station, the JR Oirase bus to the Towada Art Center stop (about 40 minutes); from the south exit of Shichinohe-Towada Station, the Towada Kanko Electric Railway bus to the same stop (about 35 minutes).

Parking

Towada Nishi-nibancho car park (2 minutes' walk) is free with a parking ticket given to paying visitors; the museum car park (2 minutes' walk) is free and open May 1 to November 30, 2026.
