Market hall 9:00-18:00, Aji Yokocho 9:00-18:00, Kuriya Stadium 9:00-21:00 (different at Obon and New Year; see the calendar). Shichirin-mura accepts guests 9:00-17:00.

About 10 min from Hachinohe IC or Hachinohe-Kita IC (you cannot exit at Hachinohe IC coming from Aomori/Misawa). The "150-yen bus" runs from stop 4 at the east exit of Hachinohe Station to the center (Kuriya Stadium east entrance): 150 yen, IC cards OK, no service on Jan 1. Nanbu bus from JR Hachinohe Station about 12 min.
