Shin-Yokohama Ramen Museum
A museum that recreates a retro townscape of 1958 inside, lined with carefully chosen ramen shops from around Japan. Besides the museum on ramen culture and history, popular activities include making your own cup ramen at "Rahaku Sugomen Lab" and a noodle-making experience with spelt wheat using the traditional "aodake-uchi" bamboo technique.
