Kiyoken Yokohama Factory
The factory of Kiyoken, maker of shumai, a Yokohama specialty, where you can see the production lines for shumai and boxed meals. The tour of about 90 minutes explains the history of Japan's popular "ekiben" station lunches and the secrets of the Shumai Bento, and you can watch the process through glass; the Petit Museum Shop sells freshly made shumai and souvenirs.
