Tomigusuku, Okinawa / 瀬長島
Senaga Island
A small island 1.5 km around south of Naha Airport, linked to Senaga in Tomigusuku by a sea road; with the airport so close you can watch aircraft take off and land up close. It is busy with people watching the sunset in the evening and the lights of the runway at night, and has the Senaga-jima Hotel, the "Umikaji Terrace" complex, a beach park and a baseball ground.
