A strolling garden of the Aizu lords around a heart-shaped pond on about 1.7 hectares, a National Place of Scenic Beauty, where about 400 kinds of medicinal plants are still grown.

From Wakamatsu Ekimae, the Haikara-san town loop bus takes about 30 min to Oyakuen (right by the stop), or the Akabee bus about 15 or 22 min to Aizuwakamatsu Shoko Kaigisho-mae, then 5 min on foot.
