Adults 1,000 yen, junior high and high school 600 yen, elementary 500 yen; groups of 25+ 900 / 500 / 400 yen. Disability rate (show a certificate; also for one companion) 700 / 450 / 350 yen. Entry is needed even just for the activities (akabeko painting 1,250 yen, glass engraving 1,100 yen, 4 arrows of archery 200 yen, etc.).

Getting there

About 15 min by car from Aizuwakamatsu IC. From JR Aizuwakamatsu Station about 7 min by taxi, or about 15 min on the Akabe town loop bus to "Aizu Bukeyashiki-mae" (210 yen per ride; one-day pass 600 yen).

Accessibility

The Kuyotei restaurant and Kokon shop are barrier-free, but the historic viewing zone and entrance have stairs, stepping stones and steps, and the chief retainer's house cannot be entered in a wheelchair. Accessible toilets and wheelchair loans are available.
