Semboku, Akita / 秋扇湖（しゅうせんこ）
Lake Shusenko
A dam lake along National Route 341. From the dam park there is a refreshing view, and from the Shin-Tamagawa Bridge upstream you can see a submerged forest when the water is high and a marsh-like landscape when it is low; the autumn leaves reflected on the cobalt-blue water are also worth seeing.
