Red-brick warehouses on Hakodate's bay, rebuilt in 1909 after the great fire and turned into shops, a beer hall and a hall in 1988; some are still working warehouses.

About 15 min on foot (5 min by car) from JR Hakodate Station. Streetcar bound for Yachigashira or Dokku-mae to Jujigai (about 5 min), then about 5 min on foot. About 25 min by car from Hakodate Airport.
