March-November 9:00-17:00, December-February 9:30-17:00; on Fridays and Saturdays the studio and library stay open until 21:00 (20:00 in winter).

About 20 minutes on foot from Hirosaki Station, or 7 minutes on the Konan Dotemachi loop bus to Naka-Dotemachi and 4 minutes on foot; about 25 minutes by car from Owani-Hirosaki IC.
