Hirayu Otaki Falls

A waterfall 64 metres high and 6 metres wide, chosen as one of Japan's 100 best waterfalls; a walking path leads about 20 minutes from the car park to the falls. In winter it freezes into an icefall, and the "Ketsuhyo Matsuri" (ice festival) is held every winter.
