- Local etiquetteThe famous "flying dumplings" (Kakko Dango, founded 1907): tap the wooden board at the arbor across the gorge with a mallet, put money in the basket, and it comes back with tea and dumplings. Three skewers (black sesame, sweet bean, soy) with tea: 600 yen.
