Chojuji Temple (Konan Sanzan)
Just to the right after the approach stands a stone "Tahoto" pagoda, built in the Kamakura period to pray for Emperor Shomu. Because its finial is missing it was not designated an Important Cultural Property, but it is said to be valuable; made entirely of stone, its top-heavy, rugged form has a charm of its own.
