Admission

Adults 300 yen (high school students and under free); groups of 20+ 240 yen. Upstairs in the Western-style house: 200 yen extra (10:30 and 13:30, up to 10 people each, book 3 days ahead with the city's cultural properties section). Annual pass 700 yen. Free entry on October 31, November 1 and November 3, 2026.

Getting there

Nearest station: Omagari (Akita Shinkansen); about 10 min (4 km) by taxi. By bus, take the Senya Line bound for Kawaguchi (among others) from Omagari Bus Terminal to "Kanahori", then walk about 8 min. For car navigation, search 0187-62-6257 (garden reception).
