One of Japan's three great waterfalls, 97 m high; a lift descends 100 m in about 1 minute to a viewing platform close to the plunge pool.

About 50 minutes by bus from JR Nikko or Tobu Nikko Station toward Chuzenji Onsen, then about 5 minutes on foot; about 20 minutes by car from Kiyotaki IC.
