From Morioka Station, JR Yamada Line or the 106 express bus (about 2 hours) to Miyako Station, then Iwate-Kenpoku bus from stop 3 to "Jodogahama Visitor Center" (about 17 min) or about 10 min by taxi. By car about 2 hours from Morioka-Minami IC via Route 106; from Hachinohe, Sanriku Coastal Road to Miyako-Kita IC.
