Sato Yosuke Inaniwa Udon Flagship Store

The flagship store of Sato Yosuke, an Inaniwa udon maker, where you can watch craftsmen twist, press and stretch the noodles through glass for free and then eat them; the most popular dish is the two-dip tempura seiro (1,850 yen).

Getting there: About 20 minutes by car from Yuzawa IC (Yuzawa-Yokote Road). From JR Yuzawa Station take the Ugo Kotsu Yuzawa-Oyasu bus to Inaniwa-nakamachi, then walk about 1 minute.
