At the foot of Kami-Hiruzen, with views of the three Hiruzen peaks and Jersey cows grazing. Through windows you can watch the factory making yogurt, cheese and other dairy products made from Jersey milk, and the restaurant and shop serve soft-serve ice cream, Jersey sausages and more than 10 dishes using Jersey beef.
