About 25 minutes (16 km) by car from Numata IC on Route 120 toward Oze; 45 minutes by bus from JR Numata Station (bound for Kamata) to Fukiware-no-taki, then about 3 minutes on foot.

A free car park (about 10 spaces) is on the right before the Fukiware bridge lights; private drive-ins near the falls may charge, so check before parking.
